Description: This competitively bid project was a large tenant improvement. The work included selective demolition, asbestos abatement, constructing new walls, finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades and modifications. The mechanical portion of this work amounted to $700,000. Due to the sensitive nature of the building tougher security clearances and escorting services were necessary in order to complete the project on time. This project was completed a month and a half ahead of the contract completion date. Because of our quality, pricing and responsiveness, the owner has asked that we pursue other work with the FAA.
