Description: This two phased project includes complete demolition of existing systems, equipment and architectural features and the installation of new finishes, mechanical/electrical systems and kitchen equipment. Our crews did selective demolition, concrete slabs, floor penetration and fireproof patching and the installation of miscellaneous structural steel, wood framing, finish carpentry and door hardware. This remodel required an extreme coordination of many subcontractors in a tight area. Submittal tracking and material delivery scheduling was paramount in obtaining occupancy on time. The first phase was completed on-time at the end of July 2004.
