Description: This ground up 8000 S.F. design-build, wood framed building required knowledge all aspects of new construction. Prior to the commencement of work, ABC demolished a two story duplex which was built within a few inches of a three story apartment building on the adjacent lot. ABC was involved from project conception, through design, permitting and construction. Work included surveying, clearing and grubbing, mass excavation and geo-textile fills, paving, fencing, landscaping, miscellaneous site improvements, foundations and slabs, framing, siding, roofing, interior finishes and new mechanical and electrical systems. Our crews performed all the slab prep work, siding, interior finish carpentry, installation of new doors and hardware and all three subsequent tenant improvements. This new ground up building displays ABC’s experience in all aspects of design-build construction.
