Description: ABC was contacted early in the development of this project to assist in the selection of the leased space and the solicitation and selection of the architect and interior designer. Work on this new 6200 square foot commercial bank included complete demolition of existing systems, equipment and architectural features and the installation of new finishes, mechanical/electrical systems and bank furnishing and equipment. Our crews did selective demolition, concrete slabs, floor penetrations and the installation of wood framing, finish carpentry and door hardware. ABC was responsible to coordinate the vault, cash machine, night depository and security systems. The ceiling work included a custom suspended maple wood cloud that was fabricated at ABC’s shop, disassembled, shipped and reassembled in the field. This remodel required an extreme coordination of many subcontractors in a tight area with an aggressive schedule. Weekend work and material delivery scheduling was required to meet the opening date.
